We started Launchpad Analytics after years building data bootcamps inside a fast-growing EdTech startup — watching adult learners from underrepresented backgrounds pivot into data and tech careers, and hearing directly from them what worked and what didn't. The feedback was consistent: more applied exercises, more room to go deep on what mattered to them, and a learning experience that felt collaborative instead of like a lecture.
We built Launchpad around that feedback — including things like live “code checkpoints” that let a workshop participant catch up instantly instead of losing the thread of a session. Today that same approach powers our live workshops, cohort courses, team training, and a growing fellowship program, with a mission we don't compromise on: making sure people from every background feel like they belong in data and tech, backed by real scholarship support, not just a mission statement.
